Hello, everyone. My name is Kat, and I am honored to join this space as part of a community of individuals navigating complex and ongoing medical challenges. After more than six years of enduring interconnected health issues, I know the physical and emotional toll of living with chronic conditions, as well as the frustration of unanswered medical questions. This group offers an incredible opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and find strength in our shared journeys.

I live with a range of diagnoses, including central nervous system lupus, fibromyalgia, vitamin D deficiency, carpal tunnel syndrome, and chronic migraines. My journey also includes neuropathic pain, personality changes, and a femoral head fracture that led to necrosis in my leg.
